brush on sealer needed

anyone got the name of a good sealer i can use to seal the drivers footwell from water ingress, as in my last thread I seem to have found the problem, its called a 10yr old terrano with 10 yr old rusty bits, brush on would be better , just need a good product name so i can look for it, its got to be low odour.

Surely any of the underseals like Tetroseal would do the job however I'd be more interested in getting the root of the problems sorted.

try a rubberised roof sealer like Flexacryl its about £6 a litre from screwfix. seals even when wet. Its brushed on and when cured can be overpainted.
