My clutch pedal has broke again but not the same as last time.

The pedal seems to be tack welded to the bracket that is attached to the floor pan and this weld has snapped :eek: :doh :nenau The pedal is now flopping around all over the place

The bracket that is attached to the floor pan seems to be riveted in and not attached with nuts and bolts :nenau So how would it be replaced?

Someone has to have done this job before?

I'll let the pictures do the talking but all I need to know is how do I get this fixed? I'm going to the lake District in a few weeks and need this fixed

Take a look at the pics;

I took my clutch pedal out to fix it. if I remember right their was one bolt on the pedal and pull the split pin out and then you go in under the bonnet and undo the clutch master cylinder . then the whole pedal assembly comes out

M reg Toyota 3.0 HiLux Surf auto. Lovely motor, very sad to part with it, but it and my other love, a Honda CBR1100xx Super Blackbird had to go to fund my business start up :(

Personal plate - M44 PAF :D

Will the plate be going on your new Terry ?

I'm sad to say I let it go when I sold the Surf, a check on DVLA and it does not show that the plate/vehicle has/has not got tax. Another check on the Reg plate site and that reg is not available.

Still I've got better things to spend £300 on at the moment, maybe later.
