will that fit/work in mine though rick ? :nenau

No Pete definitely not, it is a totally different beast, and as your servo, (the big black round bit) is Nissan and all the others are Lucas, it will not even fit let alone work, yours is a double barrel version, you need a similar replacement, how about breakers, it is very easy to get off, two bolts and three pipes, Rick

i wonder if that place we got the gearbox from has one ?

Good point Pete, MJM 4 x 4 spares.co.uk 01482 355110 try the website and on the left you will see "partfinder" as they are a member of a group that may have it if MJM do not, Rick

if i cant get one , it seems a shame that i may have to scrap it , what about fitting a t2 servo and master cylinder , would that work ? :nenau

don't see why not, but the pipes come out in different places, may be able to re form them to fit, but may have to make new if not, but no real problem with that, lets not talk about scrapping a good motor, Rick

nissan rung back ...... yes they can supply a original oem master cylinder ....... for ........ £179.99 + vat ....... but ..... its coming from japan and wont be here untill 13th of july

so the fitter has said if milners cant supply the correct one ( which i doubt ) then he will try a seal replacement kit as a temp measure to get me mobile untill i decided whether or not to get the original nissan part

If the seal kit works, then surely that is good enough? But if you call Milner's try to get to speak to Dave, he seems to be good with Nissan's :thumb2

the part milners sent is the WRONG ONE :banghead ..... they sent one for a terrano even though they were told it was a mistral :doh....... so .... back to the drawing board ........ fitter is going to source a seal kit

If! you can get a seal kit? then job sorted we would not have dream't of replacing a cylinder unless it was worn/damaged, Rick
