breaking patrol

is there anybody breaking a patrol? i bought a break load sensor for me trol but it looks like i got ripped off. the chap was posting monday and it never arived and i have been on foot since..

i need another for my 2.8tdi 1998 trol cheep and asap

The brake load valve thing has been going on for quite a while now hasn't it? try PM ing Flying Torquewrench he got a chassis from somewhere recently maybe he has a contact for a valve :thumb2

Wish I could help. The guy I bought my spares from has stopped breaking and emigrated. Never knew I was that scary! :lol

i did get the rear brake compensater, £90 for a second hand one on ebay but the spring broke when it was getting fitted. i now have a spring of a breaker on ebay ( on the way) for £21.50 delivered but you cant buy them seprate from nissan you have to buy a new compensater and the spring comes with it at a cost of......£280 + vat if i remember correctly.

I've only ever changed one and that was on an old Isuzu Trooper, it was all corroded in place and a pig to remove, is yours the same?

i dont know i paid to have it done and almost all the brake pipes at the same time..
