That said, one can drive legally a non taxed and mot'd car IF it's to a pre-arranged MOT test at a garage.
I usually book it in and do a 24 hour ins on it drive it home and cancel MOT test appt . Simples
Then again I'm over 25 and have a license :lol

I don't know if Scottish law is different, but I think you have to take an additional test to tow a trailer.

Have thought of this for a while and decided I'm going to do it, buy a car dirt cheap and break it for spares, done that with my white and red terranos and made my money back about 3 times with those
Might look at getting somthing popular like a landrover, ford, Vauxhall etc
