They look like the right ones, same place I bought mine, best to message or call the seller and ask if they are for your vehicle.
If your pads are almost down to the metal, your pistons will be extended and will need to be forced back in, I did this using a pry bar against the discs and calliper (before removal) remember to remove the brake fluid cap and keep an eye on the level, it rises quickly when the pistons are pushed back in, I used a sucker to lower the level and had to do this quite a few times while the pistons moved in. Rustic, your info was spot on :thumb2

To bleed the system you will need to make sure all the bleed nipples will free off, a lot of the time they seize or snap off and can be a right pain to remove.
On most vehicle you start at the furthest wheel away from the brake reservoir and work back.

Good man :), I'll message the guy now and ensure they are the correct ones

Is it just a case of pulling the bleed nipples out and then pumping the brakes? I remember an ex girlfriends dad replacing a master cylinder in my Fiesta when it went on me before and we had to bleed the brakes, I didn't actually see what he was doing though because I was inside pressing the brakes when he told me to

No, the bleed nipples unscrew, get under the truck and give them a wire brush and a good dose of WD40 or similar, if your lucky they will undo or they may snap off (Royal pain in the bum).
DON'T undo them before you intend doing the bleed though, you will need some one sat in the truck who will push the brake pedal down once you open the nipple, they must keep the pedal pushed down while the nipple is open, you must close the nipple before they let the pedal up slowly, keep doing this until clean fluid comes through and remember to keep the reservoir topped up :thumb2

Ok I'm ordering new pads and discs tonight as mine are dangerously low and are grinding now

Pads I think I know how they are done as I remember having a play with these when I removed the caliper before.

Discs I'm a little more confused about, Wheel off, Autohub off, Caliper off, then what?

remove circlip from drive shaft and the three bits behind it, brake ring, wear plate, splined washer, then remove two Philips head screws and remove the lock plate, undo the bearing lock ring, pull complete hub from stub axle catching the outer bearing before it falls in the crap, then undo the 8 bolts holding disc to hub and drive off with a soft faced hammer, refit is just the reverse, tighten the bearing nut to finger tight, no hub play and turn a further one screw hole, Rick

Oh if you have only removed the calliper before, then you need to also remove the holding frame, two 19 mm bolts from the back, Rick
