Happy birthday to me.

I've never really looked but I think you may have it. The long pipe to the rear and the t then solid to the calipers.i think the fronts run along the swaybar with flexes at the body end and then solid just before the calipers.
I'll be having a look under in the morning:thumb2

Cheers :thumb2
just had a look:( its T's on both axles and flexes at all 4 calipers:confused:
Just emailed to see what they can do by friday:thumb2
not even a spilt system unless its split front to back

not familular with the trol setup myself.
i would have thought 1 long flexi from chassis to axle on rear and 2 short flexi to each caliper.im assuming the same on front as yours is solid axle ???

I was sure the fronts on the Y61 at least are separate with each side running along the leading arms

Will try and get a look tonight bud.

Done a bit of research and it seems Trols with ABS have separate front lines but those without ABS just have one to a t piece like the rear axle.

Have you extended the bracket for your brake bias valve to account for the lift Steve? If not it could be reducing the braking to the rear axle.

Didn't Alex have this problem to the point where he ripped the line from it's bracket on the trailing arm? :nenau

Thanks Guys, Rang HEL they have made me another this morning and it will be here tomorrow.
Can't fault their service or delivery and the stainless steel fittings look top quality:thumb2
I think all my problems are related to old std flexies but tomorrow will tell:D

And so will the Hardknot pass at the weekend:eek:

not yet but it was fine on the mot brake test, I will give that a dose of looking at tomorrow:thumb2

Yeh I don't think it would show up as a fault on the MOT brake test but if the bracket hasn't been moved up the same height as the lift there'll be more bias to the front brakes than there was before you lifted her.

If you look at my project thread I'm sure I covered it when I did my spring lift :thumb2

That was how tight the handbrake cable gets pulled when rear axle is on full articulation.
I made my cable holders under the body longer when I lifted mine and also moved the junction block on the diff higher up so as not to stretch the rear flexi
Totally different set up on the trol by the sounds of it.

Yeh bud, usually propshaft handbrake on the Trols, although petrol engines are sometimes different I think :nenau

Yep! Prop handbrake on mine but never, well very rarely, use it. Isn't that what Park is for:nenau
Brakes tomorrow and then to find out where th petrol leak is.
It was p1ss1ng out today and need all the help i can get at 12mpg:(

Well...found the culprit for the fuel leak hopefully nothing more than a hose leak, put a bit of tank weld around the pipe as it looked like it had had some before.
Tank not in too bad condition SkiingLuke....

This is the bracket I was talking about bud. Just need to unbolt it and put in a bit of steel to move it up 2".

Hope you're still gonna make the trip!
