Slight hijack but on a theme
I have a manual pump off a scrapper and will be fitting it to my Zexel TDi but it's not timed!
Are these zz marks reciprocated on the cam gear ?

Yes the driving gear has one mark, the pump gear has two, so the drive mark must end up between the two on the pump, cannot go wrong unless you forget or dislodge the wood-ruff key, , Rick
