Bonnet Rams

Hi guys I fancy fitting some bonnet rams to my maverick. I've seen them on a patrol and thought mmmmmmmm
Were they fitted to any later/posher models of mav/terrano?
If so it'll save me trying to work out the angles and mounting positions etc:thumbs

As fat as I know no T2 had bonnet lifters As you said the hardest bit is working out the angle for the fixings:augie

Would have to make a "L" bracket to fix it to the bonnet hinge & then bolt the other end into the wing where it fits to the innerwing

if i remember right when it strut is fitted the distance between the ends should be 95% of strut when fully closed,

next lot of bling is round chrome lights. then rectangular for a roof bar.. Mrs Zippy dont know yet..:doh:naughty:clap

My Brother fitted some universal bonnet struts to his Disco. They were brilliant. As soon as you released the safety catch, the bonnet came up all on its own !
