whats the max the body can be lifted with no modding and if i was to go 3 inchs how much modding would be req??? thanks

EDIT - Oops just noticed this is for a D22 not a Terrano/Maverick but much of it will apply anyway so I will leave my reply in quotes.

Any lift will require you to make up new bumper mounts, realign rad/cowling/fan etc. Extend filler pipe etc.

Electrics, brake lines, steering column etc will all have enough slack/adjustment in them at 3". You may start to find the gear and transfer lever need extending. I managed ok at 60mm but the extra 15mm might make em a bit of a reach.

Not sure at what point there stops being enough room in the transmission tunnel for the stick to move but people have done 3" without too much bother.

mines got a 3" lift and you can get away with no mods to either steering or gear selectors although i have fitted a quickshift kit to the selectors and now the lever travel is much better than it was before the lift so i would recomend doing it, and as terranosourus said the rest is just simply mods to get the front end/bumper back in line:thumbs
