Simple to do just gotta alter rear bumper now in the morning

looking good , dont forget when you do the rear bumper you will have to alter the zorst aswell for the side exit :thumbs

I always forget that the bumpers have to be adjusted for a 2" lift, is it very involved?

easy peasy, some people make a new bracket but i just cut some off the metal bracket than welded it ontop of the chassis rail

No good if you need to swap the bumper

Anyone knocking up custom brackets? A body lift kit is on my crimbo list

I looked into it but was easier to cut the bracket off the rear bumper and re weld it 50mm higher up so it fit back on.

Cheers guys the rear bumper will have it's brackets cut and welded back on 2"" lower. And yeah need front diff as lokka is def next than should be very capable off roader. Also want 55mm spacers as got some nice arches to go on too then think about bigger tyres

Wanna try and get 265/80/16 insa turbos under it gonna need front arch to be modded

I'm running 265/75/16 insa turbo Dakars with a 2" suspension lift. Wouldn't have thought you will need to do any modding with a body lift

A freind has got 285/80/16 on disco and they massive! So I'm gonna stick with 265. But the special tracks have mental knobbly bits that stick out the side and def gonna need the angle grander on front arch/sills

Ah yeh special tracks Georgie had some cutting to do on his terrano with them on. Truck looks ace mate

Makeitfit had a spare front box to fit a lokka

Don't need a spare diff as the lokka will fit mine.
Will be a way off yet but it's something I want to do when the weather picks up again.

I asked if they'd fit but they said it's an easy ish job and will save a lot of money buy doing so
