the lift blocks would need to be 75mm diameter.
10 needed for a lwb.
bumpers need to have brackets made to lift them back up to the height of body.
fan cowling has to be removed/modified.
depending on how high you go you might need to extend the fuel filler hose into tank.
brake lines will need to be checked to see if there is enough give in them.
handbrake cable has to be moved.
any wires that cross between body and chassis will need to be checked and lengthend if need be.
earth wire from engine to body may need lengthening.
thats just what i can think of off the top of my head.
milners are doing a 1 1/2"body lift kit for a t2 for about £80.keep meaning to have a ride up and see what you get for the money.
gonna be my next mod when the weather gets better:thumbs

the lift blocks would need to be 75mm diameter. 10 needed for a lwb. - 8 FOR SWB
bumpers need to have brackets made to lift them back up to the height of body. - I JUST CABLE TIED THE SHELLS BACK UP BUT SHOULD HAVE PATTERN I MADE FRO BRACKETS SOMEWHERE
fan cowling has to be removed/modified - DIDN'T NEED T BOTHER ON MINE, FAN IS SUCH A POOR FIT TO COWLING
depending on how high you go you might need to extend the fuel filler hose into tank - ALMOST CERTAINLY HAVE TO DO THIS (MINE WAS log THOUGH SO DIFFERENT)
brake lines will need to be checked to see if there is enough give in them.
handbrake cable has to be moved. - ALL WERE FINE ON MINE
any wires that cross between body and chassis will need to be checked and lengthend if need be. - SLACKED EM OFF FRIST NONE NEEDED LENGTHENING
earth wire from engine to body may need lengthening. - DIDN'T HAVE TO
NEED TO MAKE ALL NEW RUBBER INNER WING SPLASH GUEARD THINGIES - I USED A BIT OF WAGON CURTAIN SIDE

The biggest issue is sourcing the correct bolts - M12 x 1.25 x 160mm. For the front 4 you can use ordinary M12s but the rear 6 (or 4 on SWB) have to be M12 x 1.25. Also they should be bolts (with an unthreaded portion - not set screws which are fully threaded).

I had the blocks made up in alloy, it was cheaper and lighter to have cylindrical alloy ones made than to have steel cotteon reel ones.

Thanks Elty.
If I only went 1.5" I couldn't go up to 33" tyres could I?
I was thinking more of 3".:thumbs

the down loads gone from that section, battys not seen it..

Hiya folks, yeah I had 2" SL and 3" BL and 33's fitted no problems, might need to trim the bumper a little at the front, extend the wheel arches to keep you legal, Super trux did mine and I would not recomend them, try specialist leisure, for a 4" BL the quoted me a grand for fitting and making the blocks. try them for the 3" kit and they should be able to help you out.

hiya buddy, nope dont have the extended ones just the regular type in
