Oh it wasn't getting the stuff out that was the problem, it was getting the damn thing put exactly where you wanted it because its too heavy to move.

And then what to do with the empty IBC?

put the empty ibc where you want it then when next full ibc delivered pump oil into the one thats where you want it via long hose pipe or like.
cut new empty ibc up and take it to tip. simples
