I'm sick of going into the car spares constantly and getting the old "you wouldn't get through this many if you ran Diesel" lecture while everyone tuts at me in the shop :doh

I'm going to order about 5 in 1 go but want decent ones that don't cost the earth, none of this Boshi or FujiToyo sh**e that the motor factors seem to stock

Send me the gold boys (and girls :kissy)
 
I have never had any issues with the BluePrint ones, which is what my local motor factor stocks.
 
What about changing the filter to the type you strip down and clean out.
I think makeitfit did this on his.
Save a lot of time and cash in the long run.
 
I always buy FRAM filters, and go out of my way to get them.

They always fit and seal perfectly, and are a good price.

Landover filter head, (Bosch type) and filters are £1.99 each! really easy to only takes an hour tops. I can get you a filter head if you want. Check out beal uk website they are on there :thumbs

Sounds like you've got a crappy shop that doesn't want your business..
