Could there be a video upload section in the Gallery Mav .. then maybe we could bypass youtube?

Just a thought now everyone seems to be getting into filming aswell as pictures??

Tell you the truth Ladyinred it is possible but i would prefer to use a link to you tube as when we do site back ups it takes for ever.

In fact i was going to close the Nellie ones on the home page to speed things up.

Maybe things will change and videos clips may use less space one day.

you could always use a bulliten board like some sites do such as myspace etc and just let people embed the video URL onto a bulliten board that way youtube or photobucket still host and backup and all you let them do is view..??

I have embeded videos on my website, myspace and facebook.. all linking back to youtube..

ave looksee what videos hes posted everyone can return favour then lol. picassa from googles got video feature its free aswell does seem take while to load a video into your albumn though

I sent Sharkie (or was it Mav can't remember was ages ago) a video from the Nottinghamshire grelnening day and it's not been loaded to the site as far as I know.

It will be pindale, the route is straight down the obvious line, not up and over all the deviations.

the deviations to the left (the puddle and steep bits) are not the actual route as such .. but I don't see any harm in this being the chosen route .. all club members are made aware and its pure choice to use this section.. several members on the beginners day did not use the deviation.

BigG if it makes you feel uncomfortable then delete the comment .. I once had a nunce (bobble hat) make comments about one of mine .. the delete button is wonderfull tool :wink: :wink:
