Hi, and welcome to the club,i'm sure somebody will help you with your daughters annoying problem.

for power look in downloads for mini filter in top pump. as for beeping havent a clue could it be to tell u somethings wrong

Hello and welcome,

I have been speaking to someone today and would you think the beeping is coming from behind the speedo?.

They thought it my be connected to the speedo.
Could this be possible?.

As this is going to be beeping all the time that your daughter is driving a long way, could it be on a fuse?.

The other thing is its a 1991?, Which Terrano are we looking at?

Mav.

I was thinking of the fuses, but the fuses are all in japanese, so I would have to pull all , one at a time, and I don't know if there is a computer on board that that would harm, as I would have to be going over 100 at the time which probably is a poor idea,,,the terrano is a 1991 turbo diesel 2.7 lt.some one said there may be a small filter in the pump that may help with the power problem,,,,,here of it? thanks ,,,,,,bryon...

hi, i mentioned to Mav regading he rear of the speedo, try looking at the fusebox layout again and look for a relay with vent slots in it, this could be the warning buzzer,
i have a jap import mistral and the buzzer for when you leave the keys in the ignition or put it in reverse, sounds like it's coming from in the dashboard near the clocks etc.

Hi there and welcome to the club,.
I'm sure you'll find the buzzzzzer is on the drivers side down by the accelerator pedal on the right hand side on the side wall behind the carpet in a little black box if my memory serve me right.
It should be the same one that goes when the lights are left on.
It might be a case of finding the right wire for the speedo sensor.
Check first before pulling wires out just in case I'm wrong
