OOps nearly got muddy waters in the breather vent
nice day 4 a swim in that browm stuff
 
looks like fun, is it usually that muddy? or have you had rain?

Looks great fun, but 10 minutes in the mud = 40 minutes with the hose pipe....:eek:

I was thinking that, it doesn't take much, as the engine breather is near the top of the nearside wing. :eek:

OK the average water (MUD) level was below this but it is vulnerable to waves and surges under that front wing.
And since the breather is sucking like hell, something has to replace the air taken from the wing, so water is getting higher all the time.

If you do this again, I would consider a snorkle :confused:

Had loads of rain the week before. Last time I was there I had only 2 wheel drive and never got stuck, managed to get stuck twice this time even with new 30x9.50x15 BFG muds on:D

Realised that after the fun, snorkel design in the pipeline:thumbs
