perhaps a lazy starter, once the 'new edge' is gone off the battery it wont start. i would have thought even a cheap battery should do 3-5 years?

85Ah not quite enough. 95 min 900cca min. £80-90 delivered. Hakfords do an exellent warranty on theirs. So I'm told. David.

read my battery thread! :thumb2

if you want the most AH and CCA possible to fit into the original space, and use the original clamp for under £100! with 3 years warranty!

Its a good starter

then I think you need to check for any odd item draining your battery, if it starts almost straight away and you do reasonable runs then the bat should be fully charged most of the time and out to last to around 5 years, it is when you drain them that they fail, Rick

just replaced mine,

thought was struggling on cold starts, though starts later in day were ok.

mot guy tested it thursday, said 12.7v was ok but on another scale was 114 when
said should be giving 190, and below 100 would be shot. was pricing me new one
when it failed completely yesterday. after a jump start took it in and swapped.
