Battery drain

Battery drain on 01 T2 2.7 can any one help! tis driving me down the pub. THANKS YOKO::

hi yoko49, try disconecting battery over night and see if it still go's flat, if it does you need a battery if not, it could be your alternator draining back, or get a volt meter and check if it's charging, it's proberly one or the other. :thumb2

What's actually happening? is it the usual turns over really slowly in the morning?

Hi mate
2 things 1/ feel the back or your alternator something can go in that it may feel warm around the back.
2/ on mine some one had weired the radio in wrong causing a 1 1/2 amp drain, giving the same prob as yours.

Oh bugger me, mines flat this morning. Just put it on charge so I'll look into it further. I can't even go to work cos it's blocking the other car in:lol So I can't go to work either:lol
