Well after a nice two year sebatical as a house husband after being made redundant from my last job of Asphalt plant manager for Cemex i start a new career as Boilerman /fitter at Markham Grange steam museum and garden center looking after a steam boiler and turbine whilst my missis goes on maternity leave awaiting the impending arrival of our third child:clap
One of the projects i get to help out with is the rebuilding of a beam engine with a 16 foot fly wheel
Wish me look and now where is me snap box and flask i put away all those years ago:doh
cheers Andy

sounds like a good job, probably more satisfaction than previous job, would be right up my street, good luck.

used to commute 150 miles a day to Lincoln and Grantham two cars wrote off later on A1 so looking forward to a less stresfull journey:thumbs

Sounds the ideal commute, hope the pay is agreeable. I only live 20 mls away so will give it a visit soon. Best wishes, I know how it feels to get afresh start when you've out of work. David.
