You know the one - those steering wheel mounted controls. Can you change tracks with them or is it just the volume control ?

I've got them in my passat at the mo when I change to a terrano shortly that is on the must have list- you can gradually up the volume when the mrs is blathering on and on - their great

they are good, got one for mine, also can use it to make calls using my mobile.. sounds great


but the kids get hold of it in the back..

They do most functions, but I believe they may have only been fitted on the MkIII (using the Primera steering wheel). My MkIII had them before I removed them to fit a new stereo (although if you buy a stereo thats steering wheel control compatible you can keep them in service) but my MkIV, which is a high spec, doesn't have them.
