Hi ... i have a rocker button on my Mistral dash showing Power A/T Hold ..

anyone tell me what this is for exactly ?

thanks ..

That button

You should have three positions on it if its like my R3mR one for economy, one for power and one where it decides for itself.

To be honest mine lights up when I select it but I cant tell any difference wherever I put the switch !!

Maybe I need a dyno to tell the difference !

for normal use put the switch in the middle position , for motorway or fast road use , put the switch in hold position , power mode is used for very hilly terrain or for where extra power obtained from delayed gear changes is wanted .... ie off road

thanks for that lads .... i do leave it in the middle although when i switch it either up for power or down for hold it does light up but cant really say i feel any difference in the driving ..

If it's working correctly :-

POWER!! Will change down earlier and hold the gear for longer!!

Mid positon is normal Auto opperation!!

Hold is generally for towing or when the gears are just inbetween torque settings and keep jumping between the two when in the one you want select hold and it will keep the Auto box in that gear till de-selected!!

If it's bolloxed it makes no difference whatsoever and may put a light on somewhere LOL!!!

when i pull away fast on a hill the power/sport light comes on automaticly, should it do that?
