Are Audi Crankshaft sensors compatible with T2?

Read in one of the threads here that Audi A3 A4 A6 A8 TT 1.6 1.8 2.4 2.7 2.8 3.0 Crankshaft Sensor is compatible with Terrano 1.
Is it compatible with T2? I have TD27TI

OE Numbers: 0261210147 , pf100607PA , 06A90643AA , 06A906433C , CS-E016

It's only 9.99 on ebay with free delivery, comparing to something like £85 for T2 one.

well from what I no terrano 1 is not fly by wire so no it wont fit that either

Regards the PM Alex,look at my other posts mate as I did a bit of a write up on this, my laptop is bust so using a tablet and links etc are almost impossible to do without driving me bonkers.
As an update, the Audi sensor is still working fine :thumb2 and the Mav is used everyday.
