Anyone out there do some very simple metal fabrications?

I'll be fitting lights to the roof rack soon, so I'm after 4 basic, straight brackets, not sure on length yet but be in the region of 6 or 9 inches, drilled with one larger hole (for thelights) at one end, and then 2 smaller holes (maybe 10mm) for mounting to the rack.

No, I posted my request when I thought I was getting some roof rails off ebay, but when they've arrived they are just bog standard clamp on roof bars :evil: :evil: :evil: so I'm not moving on with this just yet. Still trying to get the seller (MM Ford, Aberystwyth) to acknowledge that they've wrongly described the item and will refund all my costs.
