After having a look at the club merchandise on offer, I was not keen on attaching transfers to my bodywork.
I wonder what everyone thinks of window transfers promoting the club, with the help of photoshop the pic below will give you an idea of what I mean.

i'd like some, but ones that say maverickownersclub...

how about some pictures of naked women draped across the bonnet of a terrano etc , with the caption , " i get dirty regularly because im a member of the nissan 4x4 owners club "

Eh... dont we do them already????????????
Ive got one in my rear window! :nenau

When i look into the club merchandise section i only see three types of stickers on offer, none like these apart from the ones on the body of a truck.

Stickers are applied to the exterior.... so you just stick it on the window??? :D

ah right so you know about linseed oil and peanut better then!

It can get a bit obsesive, the bmw i had before i bought the trol had bodywork like a sheet of glass.
The troll has had a polish and two coats of wax since i got it, but it aint gonna stay that way.
I've a bit of work to do on it underneath to get it ready for going offroad but rest assured, you will see it dirty!!!!!!!

So what wax would you recommend for cleaning then?

Twice a year I like to give the T2 a damn good clean inside and out, just before winter, then in the spring

At the moment I use T Cut on any scrapes, then 'Mer' all over. What can you use to get a real deep shine that lasts?

Maybe you could start a new thread with some of your cleaning top tips? :thumb2

personally i use triplewax shampoo/polish , but i put 3 times as much in as i should . but then im a yorkshireman lol
