Me again :D did you get the 5ltr or the aerosols?, how much did you use?, it looks like really good stuff so I'm going to give it a shot.

Oh bloody hell. "you again" :p :lol

5 litres. I used just a little over four litres. It says to thin it down slightly with white spirit or warm it through. I left it standing in the sun. It sprayed a treat :thumb2

Make sure you wear a mask & goggles :thumbs

One more question :hide: what did you use to spray it on?

The buzzweld stuff is supposed to be really good.
Its a bit on the pricey side but if it's as good as it's supposed to be then worth the money.

FPMSL :lol :lol :lol :lol

Compressor & a spray gun.

Look out. Next question will be can you show him, on his truck, Friday afternoon, but be done by 5.30 cos he's having his nails done :lol

DOH! beat me to it ...

Shot blasted my chassis as it had light surface rust all over. Then it was a couple coats of primer followed by 2 coats of black paint. Then plastered it with Dinitrol using a spray gun supplied with it, the gun came with a length of hose which can be slid down the inside of chassis & jets outward.
I was really pleased with the result I had to remove the front propshaft this morning and it is still really good after almost 2 years.
