I wonder if anyone can help, totally confused!
Today I checked my bosch air flow meter, took down the nissan part no.[22680 7F 405] and the bosch no. [0281 002 594]
Looked on ebay to order one, only to find the part numbers listed didnt match!
I am now totally confused,as I thought all the bosch mafs were the same (they look totally identical in every respect)
Apparently, the common one only does up to 09/00 models.
Can anyone shed any light,please?

Regret can't help with types and part numbers but just wondering why you need one. Is yours completely U/S? Just asking because lots ditch them thinking they are banjaxed only to find later that cleaning sensor elements can cure many ills. Perhaps you have already been down that road-----???

I know that the Bosch MAF had its number superceded, that could be the reason for your different numbers.I changed mine recently (cant remember the numbers though) different part numbers but it did the job, did it ever!!!!!!!
Hope this helps

Thanks for your quick replies,folks.
Chaster, mine hasnt actually gone yet,I was just trying to prepare for the inevitable!
rick, hopefully the part numbers have just changed,it would make things a lot easier.
btw nissan have quoted me £250,for a new one, something wrong I suspect?!
If anyone has the same part no. meter on theirs, please let me know.

update

Turns out the air flow meter fitted to mine is the same part number as the three litre!
Therefore, the air flow meters are interchangeable between the 2.7 and the 3.0(and probably some patrols)
Think ill be giving the £250 3.0 litre one a miss, and get a forty pound one.
Hope this is helpful,to anyone experiencing the same confusion.
