Air Bag Light

My airbag light is on and can anybody shed some light on how to get it off?

mine had a bit of black tape over the bit on the speedo. covering the light
like that when i bought it . and she has been mot'd recently

id forgot all about it until i read this post

DODGY BUT EFFECTIVE.

My good lady has a 306 cabriolet and guess what it aint even got a bulb

well unless you have the air bags seviced at the 10 year interval as recommended . i suppose it could all be dodgy. but thats not going to be cheep ay
when i bought it i though id look into it but never bothered.
although i did find the control unit, under the centre console arm rest bit

that might be a good place to have a look as I recently had all that aoart to get gear sticks out whilst removing the box
