Air bag light

My air bag light has started flashing. How do I fix this?

Have you tried checking the connections under the seat on previous cars (Peugot) I have just undone the multi plug and re-connected it and its sorted it.
To play safe I have always disconnected the battery first but I am a little paranoid about setting off an airbag.

Others may have Terrano specific cures.

I had this when I had a loose connection in the steering column in the Maverick

Switch the ignition on to position 2 and then with the drivers door open press the door switch 10 times, the air bag light will then blink slowly, switch the ignition back off and the air bag light should now be switched off :thumb2

Obviously it will come back on if you haven't fixed the original issue that caused the light to come on in the first place

that sorted it, thanks, now just to sort my no power issue
