air bag light is flashing

Friday my airbag light started flashing. about 2 years ago I replaced the seats which had air bags in and bought the resistors and all been fine till now. so replaced the resistors today as only cheap eBay ones so thought maybe they failed but still flashing.

My question is. If the fault is fixed will it stop flashing or does it have to be reset?. if so how ?

First question is in regard to the vehicle being part of the recall due to faulty airbags. Was it and has it had the airbags changed (for free, by Nissan)?

I did the resistor trick when I fitted my non side air bag seats, I was a bit enthusiastic wit the hoover before a meet the once and knocked the resistor which I'd tucked safely under the carpet.

Just do the airbag reset trick mate.

Not had recall as far as I know I've had it nearly 4 years now will do reset and see

Yeah I thought there was too but I searched and searched and couldn't find it :nenau

Is there a steering boss I can get to change the steering wheel to say a momo one etc

Only one problem with that, when tested it will be looked up and if says fitted with ABS it will have to be there and working, as far as I understand it anyway, when I had this problem after disconnecting an airbag and after reconnecting could not clear the fault, took it to a local small time guy with the gear and he cleared it for £20, took him all of 5 mins, Rick
