Sounds good news, but as mentioned before, you need the system to fail safe and not leave you with the throttle on while you are trying to stop...

had a few little problems with my terrano started of with a missfire what ended up to be a bad injector then over heating when towing so changed the waterpump and its running like a dream got all the info for cruise control now so going to tackle it when i get chance thanx for asking

well good luck with it....remember that if, as it appears, its the same unit that Conrad Anderson sell rebadged, then setup instructions are on their site....sadly I don't think they post installation instructions as its too complex and I still think you're going to run into problems. As you have probably realised from earlier posts, there is no suitable signal from the ECU that will maintain speed settings and on the Terrano its all done with this vacuum take-off/bowden cable affair (which I assume you have?) to the throttle pedal.

Let us know how it goes, but I still think paying CA to install it will be your best bet.....they've done a lot of Terranos. I assume you explained what kit you had - if so, did they give any indication that it was the same as theirs?

Just an update; I'll be pulling the cruise out of my truck before I sell it (with the exception of the gearbox switch) so, on the basis that it looks exactlky like the one you are trying to install, I'll photograph all the bits so you can see what should be in the kit, cos I still suspect you don't have all of it......I assume you bought it s/h?
