We got two Labs. One does Fly Ball competitive and Agility for fun but the youngster will probably do both competitive. So we have to take care with their joints and jumping in and out of a high boot wouldn't do them much good. Mind you the youngun is in disgrace tonight as he's broke my glasses.
Back on subject a big drop down won't do a big dog much good at all. I liked those links that lazy ferret posted just cost an arm and a leg.

I have very fit and strong working alaskan malamutes

Oh yes I remember now:thumbs a good friend of mine & an old member on here Cosmic used to have an akita & that jumped in & out of his T2 fine it only got harder for the dog when old age caught up with it but still managed most times & he was quite small for an akita

Hamish is bigger than a big Akita but the same sort of build. So as long as it's done carefully I think theyll be fine jumping in and out.

Gorgeous dogs, akita's; a friend of mine runs a team of three.
