How do I access these with the 16 Pin Terrano, still yet to get Consult working with Ray :(

I presume you mean the new shape? If so, bottom left and bottom right, then turn on ignition, if no codes are there it will do 5 slow and 5 fast flashes (code 55 - no fault)

21 Alex :doh

Fuel injection timing solenoid/injector needle lift
sensor-malfunction

Whats the fix for that then, I'm getting that even on Diesel now :(

good service and new fuel filter is what I would start with.
test no 1 injector with a multi meter should read 100 ohms or so.

Dont know about other makes, but if your needle lift sensor (No one injector) is Bosch. Then its replace not repair.

How much we looking at, from memory these are expensive :doh

I had code 21 for a while on veggie, kept coming on whilst trying to boot it.

got really bad at one point.

Ran on diesel for a while with a good cleaner to go with, get all that congealed muck out the system for a few weeks!! :thumb2

It will slowly start to pick up with power, wont be an instant fix :thumb2

Exactly my symptoms!!!!

I'm suddenly not as sad :naughty

two wires come from no 1 injector, unplug it and test the resistance across them.
this could give a false reading if the wire is damaged also.so best testing at the injector end.
or do both to rule out the wiring.

I had code 21 last summer & it turned out to be caused by a partly blocked fuel filter plus there was water in the diesel & the later T2's don't have the water sensor on the fuel filters:doh change your filter first as it's the cheapest option:thumbs but here's my thread on it with all the ohm readings I got compared to what Nissan stated as I tested everything http://www.nissan4x4ownersclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23043&highlight=code

Yeah worth reading those too if you can, otherwise it could be weeks of waiting for no results, given your fuel though I suspect it might be what I had, hopefully :)

Ran some diesel through it from the pump and a bottle of redex in for good measure, I really good hammering and then back on the SVO for a while until my Bio setup is back in action (drying problems at the moment)

On another note, I didn't realise until I read today that 2EHN or 2 Ether HexylNitrate veggieboost to most on here is actually classified as Liquid N.O.S on the hazardous substances list and when I queried this with my insurance company they had advised me that it would invalidate my insurance. Food for thought, I won't be adding that to my Bio anymore :( the stuff was like rocket fuel
