Hi Steve,

I am well aware of the ownersclub website, I did post there years ago raegarding my projects. This was just before the guy who ran the site decided to start charging a membership fee to use the website. Politics and all that, my opinion was that the message board should be free for anyone to post. I did not want to be a club memeber just wanted to use the message board to give useful information as well as information for myself.

The guy then suspended my account and I think he even deleted my posts with useful information, so I am sorry to say I wont be posting on the website, however I am more than happy to answer any questions you have.

For the time being the specs of the T2's are as follows:

Red, 1997, 2,7tdi Terrano 2 Extreme. 4" bodylift (homemade), 3" suspension lift (4x4parts.com), upgraded relay bar, idle arm, idle arm brace, 33" Colway Macho's on 16"x8.5 black daytonas.

Green, 2000, 2.7tdi Terrano 2. 4" bodylift (homemade), 33" Grizzly Claw's on 16x8.5 black daytonas.

Rocksliders for green t2 in my garage waiting to be painted and for the red one I need yet to make them.

Thanks for the email, I could talk for ages about the T2 and the problems I have had and overcome in the eight years I have been off roading in mine!

Regards Leigh.

I have looked at the gallery but not at the Scottish trip, i'll have to ahve a look.

I think i know the red one, the guy was a nfmoc member at one time maybe 3 years ago. think also saw it on a site that i joined but havent really took part in, something like 4x4jamboree, certainly aimed at folks in northern yorks, teesside and newcastle, bit like 4x4uk which is newcastle centred. members often meet at langdale and a site near robins hoods bay as well as others in northumbria...bit of a trek from south yorks compared with corc's meets.

last time i saw little red on net it wasnt jacked up, the guys make sound so easy, guess it is with practice.

Hmmm fitted simular body lifts to my vitara....nice looking trucks i wonder what they used to lift the bumpers?

I've patterned up the brackets from when I lifted mine though must admit I just cable tied the outer plastic shell of the bumper back in place and cheucked the metal work away.

After looking at the pic's I saw that green T2 the other week when we had the floods  Looking at the houses in the pic it looks as if he's not very far from me 8O

Sweety maybe you can catch 'old of him. get him to tell you what mods he got, and how he did them all...

Think i've only seen it on the road 2-3 times max in the past 1&1/2 years, but if what i've been told about is true it gets repaired etc at a garage up the road as I know one of the mechanics there who has said it's rather sloppy on the road but how true that is I don't know

found him.. took me a little longer thank id hope oh well..

Hello Zippy, I think by reading the post that some of the text was meant for you personally, May be i am wrong, if i am then i apologize.

20P a week and that’s to much to pay for all the knowledge that our members bring to this club and do you know that 20p a week keeps this club clean and respectful as no one will pay to post p o r n (Word sensor got it) links to foreign sites and crap links to other sites that you would not want your kids seeing when they can do it for free elsewhere.

Not everybody knows everything like some people and need the help from others me included.

Hi Mav thanks for that.

It wasn't an important post as such but I did say something similar to 'its a shame that the guy with the modded Terrano doesn't come on here for us all to get the benefit of his experience.'
