a shudder

Hiya folks, wanted to ask a quick question, my T2 has developed a shudder from the engine (I think) when travelling between 45mph to 65mph it happens between 3rd and 4th gear when she is in to 5th its fine over 65mph. Any ideas on what it might be ??.

The rain actually stopped for a min today and I took a look under the T2, turns out my UJ on the propshaft has gone, dont suppose anybody might have a spare sitting about, cheers,
