well its looking promising in my household, so im hopeful its going to be a much better year for me.
had lots of good news in the days up to christmas

1/ MORTGAGE CO -making positive steps to help me out and a chance to improve things. they are giving me interest only payments for 2 years. having struggled for 18 months paying full whack on a repayment at 3% plus 50 quid a month to catch up on the arrears . all on a court order with 14 days possible repossession if i mess up ... i think they could see i had made positive efforts to keep it all going alone all this time. if i keep my nose clean in this 2 years they will help sort out the arrears too

2/ lou has moved out into her new flat with her boyfriend, it broke my heart her moving on . but the housework has gone down loads and the shopping bill , i can use the bathroom when i like and no corry or enders. its funny i can tidy up and it stays clean and tidy.... its kin awesome

3/ the kids are home. and its the best feeling ever


4/ work is coming in and getting some good new contacts

so all set for a very good new year.

lets hope everyone here has a bit of luck to start the year
