no would i heck pal were all bros on this forum, oh and was guna ask you what size pipe did you use to put the radiator in the back, cheers

inch and a quarter copper with rubber hose connections in between, oh and while I have slow speed fans on constant with high speed if temperature rises the high speed has not come one yet, so the water pump is well able to circulate the extra distance, Rick

1 step forward, 6 steps back...

radiator pipes through cab for radiator on rear, had to alter all the bloody seat brackets again and move the heater! it was a bloody nightmare

dunno which way but whichtever way move it towards the rear a little , airflow is paramount, so close to the bulkhead and it will not matter which way you mount it
(normally fans are at the rear of the rad)

it`s all about airflow, whichever way you go make sure you get it .

my off roader has rad mounted rear door, fans run slow speed sucking from cabin to outside, no problems at all high speed rarely comes on, Rick

As per your post 3 rad to bulkhead, plenty of clearance there and fans to the rear as long as they suck through the rad, this way you will limit mud/debris entering the rad and you will get a good airflow, Rick

rad mounted

still need to do plumbing and also mounted a spare wheel holder

Looks good but i'd put some mesh over the fans to stop any little fingers going in as the last thing you want is to be parked up with the engine running & someone put their had in & the fans kick in to cool things down, you know what people are like for compen claims:doh

Nah, teach em not to stick their fingers in where they should not, all this namby pamby stuff is just going too far, Rick
