have a think. :doh

Is that smilie for when you hit your head on those switches? :D
You might be strapped in with a full harness and not be likely to hit your head on them, in that case are you sure you can still reach them?
Seen a lot of folk put switches where they can't reach them when strapped in.

p.s. if you run extra long washer hoses and coil them around the cooling pipes somewhere, you can have hot wash. :)

The switches are roof height and the fuse box makes it easier to jet wash out plus the pond at frickley at winter at it's highest can go up to 6 foot deep so this keeps them out of harms way.as for reaching them it's perfect they are fitted to where the sun visors were and theres no chance of banging your head as this has got a tall roof as it is a peugeot partner van

yes it is for the buggy project, going to put a breather pipe underneath and run it along the rear axle breather, hope this is going to be enough but yes your 100% right it does need to breath.

OOOOOh luverly but ali and sulphuric acid do not go well together, will corrode like nothing you have seen before, Rick

should be fine wi a breather plus land rover have done the same for the last 60 years

Grease it.

Paint inside with acid proof paint, or use silicon grease.

Boat shops are normally good for specialist paints.
