Few clearance issues that need attention on the rear arches, just a slight tap with a big hammer should do it:thumb2

I've climbed every hill in the lakes.I love the place.
I love driving the passes too:thumbs
 
Driven a couple of passes in the lakes but not this one where abouts is it
 
We Camped at Wast-water just beneath the 3 peaks:thumb2

East water is the deepest lake in that area.popular with divers and also a Mecca for people wanting to climb scafell.
I need to go there now.
 
Fantastic pic's:thumbs we often go over to the lakes as it's just cross country for us & as my parents have a second home in Carlisle we alway have some where to stop
 
I love wild camping in the lakes, if I can drive hard knot and wrynose then all the better, especially as it terrifies my eldest. It's even more fun if the hand brake had failed on your way there makes for interesting hill starts on the steep bits

Back in July I drove a good way up the old coach road from St Johns in the Vale to Dockray - open to 4x4s but quite rough.
This got me to a place to take off spot on Clough Head without too much effort (though still quite a climb for me these days).
