I've been busy doing bits to the camping pod thingymajig.
It's been quiet for a while now.
If it carries on like this I'll be off to buy a Toyota.

They've all had bollo**ings for spending "too much time on that bloody website"

:D

I'm planning on doing the rear bumper springs tomorrow...

then it's let my finances settle before doing the shocks all round next month sometime.

It could be that because of all the wonderful advice and eagerness on this site, no-one has anymore questions and all the jobs are done!

I got a call to a leaning gable end wall getting read0 y to part company from the house, contacted my scaffold guy to go and shore it up, then got on with my off roader to get ready for next WE at Boxgrove, the very last before they use it as a land fill, discovered water had got into the NSF hub and the inner race is rusted solid onto the stub axle, the drive shaft is busted and the idler stuffed, as well as all the ball joints bad, just as well I have donor motors to rob, but it is all time, then I still have the rear brakes to sort, the winch alternator, the rear winch, (making terrible noises) and yet again the starter is playing up, on top of that the steak house has a blocked drain, (I know it is going to be a dig up job) I did say about it while we were doing the referb but there was not enough time, and as it was only for the Bar basin and coffee machine it did not seem a problem but I have since learnt that coffee grounds harden like concrete, so it has to be a dig up to sort the restriction and it is right at the front of the shop, so on the day I have until 5pm to do the dig repair the pipe and get it all back together, and I am supposed to be retired, happy days, Oh and it is Friday everyone is up the pub etc on a night out cept me, got to be up early to look at a job with some top knobs, Rick

Rick, if you're retired now how on earth did you find time to work before retirement:lol

Been bonkers busy and just done another 14 hour day
Desperate to get back on the truck but not looking good at the mo................

I've been studying up until June, then moved country, moved the terrano to its new house in the garage at the same time running a house, working & my back has decided to give me grief.:doh and the brake sensor has went on the surf so no brake lights.

But all good part from the usual :augie

Yes I noticed that there wasn't a single posting from 8:30 am yesterday until just after 8:00 pm last night.

Must be time for some more jokes...:lol

I'm currently on holiday in Wales:thumb2

Shame I am not a little closer as I have a drain jetter, works very well & is always worth a try before digging out a drain.

Thanks for the offer, but I have one of those too, problem is the pipe is only 2 inch and runs under the shop floor and as the blockage is on the outside of the shop where the 2 inch changes to 90 copper bend down into an old 4 inc cast pipe, so jetting from the MH end is not possible, and jetting from in the shop posses the problem of water/gunge disposal as well as the smell, the only reason we did not change this at the beginning was because this pipe took all the main kitchen sinks etc and it seemed to flow OK when we tested it, I am looking at the possibility of moleing a new pipe into an internal MH which is only about 4 ft away I can make an excavation behind the bar as the floor is separate, but cannot afford to touch the wood floor in the shop, Rick
