last month when I was watching my 7 seat terrano having its mot i saw other vehicles being revved to have their emissions tested but I didnt see it happen to mine. It passed the test so I thought it prudent to keep quiet, but today talking to a mechanic I was told that 7 seater's are not classed as passenger cars so the test dos not apply, its a sort of loophole between passenger cars and minibuses......... good job they didnt notice the third row of seats had been taken out, although it is in the book as 7 seater. Anyone else heard this?
 ....bri
