Good video I guess it also depends not just on your mileage but also the source of your fuel.
I personally avoid Supermarket stations as I do not know what brand I am getting I tend to stick to Shell or BP as often as I can.

Back in my Mini days I used to regularly inspect the Oil filter as they were cartridge type and I was surprised how after 3,000 miles they were full of dirt not to mention the iron filings on the sump plug. I never liked the idea of Diff, engine & gearbox oil all being the same.

Yeh I just use one petrol station not too far from me, always within a penny of Asda etc. but good quality fuel, they don't do fuel cards which is what enables them to keep their prices down, so they say anyway :thumb2
