Good point and they have to be lined up straight too.

Just tried it and yep - it has to be tilted forward ( you have to fold the backs of the middle seats down out of the way ) and the pegs need to be in the slots where the red clip is on both sides .

I don't know if it's the safest thing to do but I pull the red clip back with a finger to allow the peg to go down into the slot. By safest I mean for my finger!!!
