3 Litre Clutch In 2.7 Terrano II

I've read on here somewhere that the 3 litre clutch fits the 2.7.
Mine is on its way out & I don't think it'll last much longer.
Is it a case of straight swap or is there a few mods that need doing?
I'm looking at more power later on & so the 3 litre clutch makes sense.

I've been & had a look see in the "Download Section", but I didn't find any reference to the exchange.

Also what else is worth doing whilst the box is off?
Lastly any recommendations as to where to get the clutch from (eBay seller or whom ever).

No idea if they are interchangeable but there is a fairly recent thread by a member who replaced his own clutch on his driveway. Might give you some tips:thumbs

Yep I did the 3l clutch on mine a few years back. I got lucky and mine was a straight fit. However you may need to machine the flywheel bit . No biggie if you know a lathe chappie. I had the clutch done for me but booked lathe chappie incase the flywheel needed trimming. I'm told the 3l clutch is good for 200 bhp

I've already got it bookmarked somewhere because I've suspected mine of being a bit weak for a while and expected it to fail but it's strong as an Ox still, I can't go full beans on the Powerchip at the moment though, it's on 7 of 11 settings, anything past 7 and the clutch slips, so I reckon there's some power still :naughty
