2005 terrano 2.7 tdi

Hi there new to this site I have 2005 terrano 2.7 tdi great motor but have a problem recently just looses power when driving won't rev up just ticks over switch the ignition of then back on it starts ok revs ok drives ok for a few miles then does the same thing changed fuel filter glow plugs oil and filter plus just tried new maff no change help :nenau

Welcome aboard, theres been a few recently with this issue. Others will be along too I'm sure but one culprit could be the mini filter. Located in the banjo bolt that fastens fuel line to the injector pump.

Sounds like it could be an ignition problem, dose the key feel a good fit or could it bee worn. This can cause the car to start,tick over but no reaction from pedal.

Check out the downloads section within quick links. Also there are a few threads with similar issues so might be worth a look around too.

As said the ignition switch screwed to the bottom of the ignition barrel can cause some issues too, I can't comment if yours is one or not Im afraid.

This is a busy forum so you will get lots more advice too so keep your eyes open.

Yes I suffered with this for a month or so, don't ask me how but it rectified itself... :nenau

Mine did this and was maff. Are you sure second maff is the same maff as I tried a maff off earlier terrano and wouldn't work

have you changed air filter? mine was same did everything else you listed, some improved but only the air filter fixed it.
