Maybe a pointless exercise but I hate all the extra crap on post 2000 egr throttle flap etc. So I had a spare early engine with out flap so thought id swap it
This I the flap in question I've had I tied up for a while
I've herd they can leak boost and also Flo will be better with out butterfly inside
Thus is new bit with out all the gubbins. Also this would be a good place to tap a outlet for boost guage I've already done this on intercooler
Then it fitted. A little less mess lol
And just put bolt in the vacuum hose from throttle flap
