Got it done at last, there is a flexy pipe to the fuel tank as it is on the chasie not the body. just got the bumper to sort out now though. will play with that tomorrow. Just tried to move it and the battery is flat, had it one charge for 3 hours and found out i had it on bike setting so its only charge it at .45A swapped it to car mode and its charging it back at 3.50A now.:clap.

Sunday will be a trial by fire, if owts wrong thats when its going to go wrong, going to take it out tomorrow for a test run first and see how we go.

Had to take the fan cowling off as it was chatching and iv damaged the rad fins a little but not to bad, then found out the cowling comes apart.

Looks good though. :thumbs

Its just under 3 foot at the wheel arch.

If you look at the rear bumper you can see how much its lifted as i have not alterd that one. I have done the front one to match the height of the body as it looked daft other wise.

have u re alined the headlights or do u have a load dial to turn them down

looks sweet mate ! how did you do the front bumper then ?

Well as it was a 2" lift i marked the bumper bots 2" lower and drilled new holes for the front bolts and the rear ones i made two brackets bolted them to the fixing points them welded them back to the bumper. You also have to make the access points to the bolts bigger too as they will be in the wrong place.

What do you need to make this 2" lift?

Only spacers and ned bolts?
No need for new coolant hoses, cabels or brakehoses etc...?

Correct, just a set of spacers, ally or nylon and the special bolts. I say special 'cause Nissan use a fine gauge thread 1.25 I think. Available but not always off the shelf for the length you need.
