Hi All

So I have 2 bloody new problems now.

1. My anti-roll bar ball joint (I assume this is what its called) can only be known as fooked! Pictures attached. Now I have brought the part which qas only £10 but I need to know if this is a DIY fix / replacement or a garage job.

2. This one is slightly more annoying, front left indicator has stopped working, I have replaced the bulb and it still doesnt work. I assume this cant be a problem with the fuse as looking at it their all the same fuse for all the indicators? Any ideas.

For the ARB, remove the whole thing from the vehicle and its then pretty easy to work on.

For the indicator you will just have to start at the indicator and work back along the wiring/connectors with a meter.

Get anti roll bar droplinks from milners. I'd do both sides as that happened to mine and the other side will be on it's way out.

If the drop link won't unbolt from the arm just cut the top rubber off and then cut it in half with a hacksaw or grinder.

And if the ball side side won't unbolt from the arb then take the whole arb off. Then use a grinder to cut the nut off the back carefully.

Easy enough job.

Check out the downloads section as there is a workshop on the ARB Link. I've done them before, they are easy but I ended up juggling with two jacks to get the bar in correct position. I'm afraid they are right in saying you got what you pay for and often cheaper versions don't allways last very long, see the thread started by Clivvy in the last few days.

Check the bulb holder isn't coroded, then check to see if you are missing the positive or earth to the indicator. Trace the cable back a few inches as there will be a joint in the loom.

Good Luck
Jim
