2.7TDi Overusing Oil

reading the posts i thought it would be a write off being in ex the trade,but surely a compression test is in order befor an engine swap.using oil means poor ring contact so maybe you have ring gumming,on the bio site you are a member its a cheap and easy fix.
read up befor you do any costly things.

As per oil consumption, do check the turbo before you write the engine off.
