Hi All

If I change the clutch on my 1997 Ford Maverick 2.7TD with 112k.
Should I change the rear crank Oil Seal and the Crank Sensor or are these parts with a long life.

If yes can anyone provide part numbers or right place to obtain.

Regards

It would make sense to pull the flywheel and change the seal as they do get hard with age I d not know the part number but your local motor factors will be able to obtain one for you together with the clutch, no need to worry about the crank sensor other than undo the bolt and remove it apply some grease and put it back, this just makes the job easier if you do need to replace it at a later date, this assumes you have a Bosch pump, if Zexel then the sensor is on the timing case, Rick
